Return Policy   

  1. Order Eligibility & Verification
  • Only registered Business Partners can place orders.
  • Address Verification: Orders must be shipped to verified addresses. P.O. boxes may be restricted in some regions.
  • Payment Clearance: Orders are not processed until full payment is received.
  1. Delivery Address Rules
  • No Third-Party Warehouses: Total Swiss restrict delivery to unauthorized warehouses or consolidation centers, unless prior approval obtained.
  • One Registered Address per Account: Total Swiss allow only one default shipping address each account.
  • No Cross-Border Shipping by Business Partners: Products must be shipped only within the country of purchase unless handled by the company directly.
  1. Processing & Shipping Timeframes
  • Processing Time: Typically 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery Time:
  • Domestic: 3–7 business days
  • Overseas: 7–21 business days (depending on customs clearance)
  • Cut-off Times: Orders placed after 2 PM Pacific west coast time, are processed the next business day.
  1. Shipping Carriers & Methods
  • Approved Carriers: Only USPS, UPS, FedEx will be used for direct orders.
  • No Personal Couriers will be used.
  1. Tracking & Proof of Delivery
  • Tracking Required: All shipments must include trackable shipping with a number provided to customers upon request.
  • Lost/Damaged Goods: Must be reported within 7-14 days from delivery, for investigation or replacement.
  1. Return-to-Sender & Failed Deliveries
  • Return Handling Fees: If delivery fails due to incorrect address or refusal, a restocking or reshipping fee may apply.
    Return Policy (Tied to Shipping)
  • Return Authorization Required: RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required before returns.
  • Return Window: 30 days from purchase, in unopened and resalable condition.
