Dr. Wang emphasized that medicine is shifting from "treating diseases" to "predicting and preventing diseases," and elaborated on the importance of health management centered on blood indicators.
People can live to 120 years old
At the beginning of his lecture, Dr. Wang emphasized, "As long as we stay healthy, humans can live to 120 years old. We shouldn't die from illness, but rather from natural aging and a peaceful death." Dr. Wang further stated, "There's a difference between what hospitals consider 'normal values' and what truly healthy individuals consider 'optimal values.'" He pointed out that the key to achieving this is to "cultivate lifestyle habits that prevent illness."
Taking the liver function indicators SGOT (AST) and SGPT (ALT) as examples, he pointed out that doctors generally consider values within the standard range to be normal, but if the detoxification enzymes are insufficient (the values are low), the body's crisis has actually quietly begun.
For example, even if the GOT value is below 32, if the body's detoxification enzymes are insufficient, toxins cannot be eliminated promptly, causing ammonia to accumulate. Ammonia is one of the toxins that directly affects the nervous system, potentially causing damage to the entire body. Ammonia is a toxic substance produced during protein metabolism. If the liver cannot break it down promptly, it can affect the kidneys and blood system.
Dr. Wang pointed out, "When ammonia accumulates in the body, it circulates throughout the body through the bloodstream, causing damage to the nervous system and even affecting kidney function. When kidney function deteriorates, before relying on dialysis, it's crucial to first investigate whether the root cause lies in the liver."
Dr. Wang also explained in detail how to interpret various indicators, including GPT, ALP, and the albumin/globulin ratio. He pointed out that these liver function data can be used to comprehensively assess aspects of protein metabolism, bile secretion, and detoxification. He emphasized that identifying and preventing signs of disease before they occur is the true core of health management.

Later in the lecture, Dr. Wang discussed the importance of protein quality. He explained, "After consuming external proteins like beef, fish, and lamb, the liver ultimately needs to convert them into the protein our bodies need, a process that consumes a significant amount of energy." He added that Total Swiss's “TS Protein Powder” is designed based on human protein ratios, helping to reduce the metabolic burden.
Dr. Wang pointed out: "Because the soil, dietary habits, and mineral composition of Europe and Asia are different, the nutritional requirements of each region are also different." European diets are mainly meat and dairy products, while Korean diets tend to be more grain-based, which can easily lead to amino acid and mineral deficiencies.
Therefore, Total Swiss analyzes nutritional data from 16 countries and is committed to providing customized health solutions. Dr. Wang emphasized, "What Total Swiss develops isn't just a product; it's a solution to health problems."
