First and foremost, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude. Thank you to all the new partners who have joined Fit Solution, including our new friends at KKI, our family in mainland China, and our family around the world. Although you haven't been with us for long, I know you deeply love Total Swiss products, and I am incredibly grateful for that.
I would also like to thank our loyal customers who have used our products every day for over a decade. It is your unwavering support that has made us who we are today.
Looking to the future, we will never stop striving. With the rapid development of technology, we will continue to develop even better products. At the same time, our marketing model must also evolve with the times. In the era of artificial intelligence(AI), we not only strive to maintain our leading position, but also to stay at the forefront of the industry. We have top-notch products, and more importantly, we have top-notch partners!
Did you know the world is developing at an astonishing pace? The progress of the past hundred years has surpassed the sum of the past thousand years; the progress of the past decade has exceeded the sum of the past hundred years. And now, the changes from 2025 to 2026 may even exceed the sum of the past decade. If we don't pick up the pace, we will fall behind the times—the sweetest fruits always belong to the earliest birds.
Therefore, Total Swiss will lead everyone to strive to become pioneers of the times.
When discussing development issues, the most pressing question is undoubtedly the "profit model." If hard work doesn't bring the expected returns, the problem often lies in being "just one step away." This society is pragmatic; people only remember the winners. Therefore, seizing the initiative is crucial! The merger of Total Swiss and KKI set a precedent in the industry, giving us a vital first-mover advantage.
This new model may seem perplexing at first, but its merits will eventually become apparent, and people will find it difficult to catch up – because we are already far ahead. All of this depends on every partner, new or old, who must open their minds and broaden their perspectives to embrace new things in the world. Less participation in company activities means less access to cutting-edge knowledge. We are a company that continuously supplies 'knowledge' and 'common sense,' which is extremely rare in the industry.
In this age of information overload, television, and especially the internet, are rife with misleading and malicious messages, clouding our judgment. I especially want to remind the young people in my family: information online is not necessarily accurate. Please bring them to events like ours, where we provide accurate and useful information and methods.
Returning to the profit model, as the host introduced, we have expanded from the traditional direct selling model to various marketing models such as opening stores and pharmacies. Now we are moving towards a "capital operation" profit model, which is absolutely unprecedented.
KKI aims to go public within two to three years. Under the Total Swiss structure, we have at least four companies planning IPOs within the next two to three years, with AI Willy Power already confirmed for this year. This prospect has attracted many large companies seeking partnerships, but we always prioritize our existing partners.
To this end, I drew inspiration from the American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) and Chinese Depositary Receipts (CDRs) models used by large international companies and pioneered a new solution: enabling global partners to purchase shares of Taiwanese listed companies; simultaneously, enabling partners in Taiwan and globally to purchase shares of KKI's future listing. This is an unprecedented innovation in our industry.
As long as we stride forward, it will be difficult for others to catch up. Because the key is to "open your mind and broaden your horizons"—this doesn't require surgery, but it will give you a lead in products, business models, and profit models.
Finally, I urge our administrative team and staff to work together to participate in this grand capital operation event. Of course, this also requires all of us to provide even better service.
I respect all partners committed to providing quality service. Total Swiss and KKI are essentially service-oriented companies; we cannot simply view this business as a transaction. To do so would be to overlook its core value and long-term significance.
