To solve this problem, we have invested heavily in the research and development of "health chips" to guide artificial intelligence in understanding humanity and life, thereby providing tangible assistance to everyone.

The core of health lies in prevention, and the prerequisite for prevention is "early knowledge." We must first understand the challenges our bodies will face in the next one, five, or ten years. Currently, we can already achieve "Cell Digital Twin": by using AI technology to take a few photos and record a few audio clips, we can create a "digital version of ourselves" in the virtual world, and then integrate information such as blood test reports, genetic data, electrocardiograms, and brainwaves. Taiwan has a vast database accumulated through its National Health Insurance program, making it one of the most comprehensive health insurance systems in the world, which makes it easier for us to create digital twins for everyone.

Leveraging Taiwan's world-leading computing power, we can predict potential health problems a year from now—is heart disease already looming? Is mild cognitive impairment (MCI) quietly creeping in? Furthermore, we can "simulate intervention" in the virtual world, asking artificial intelligence, "What should I do now if I don't want to have forgetfulness or dementia in five years?" The AI ​​will provide specific, personalized advice—what to eat, what to avoid, and not to stay up until 2 a.m.—truly making prevention better than cure.

Health chips represent not only a technological breakthrough, but also a completely new way of thinking: enabling artificial intelligence to not only serve industry, but also benefit everyone's life. Leveraging Taiwan's existing strengths in semiconductors and artificial intelligence, we have the opportunity to make the health industry a guardian of the nation's future.
