Nutrition is the fundamental science of health.

If cells have sufficient nutrients and water, how can healthy people get sick? The essence of disease has only one cause—"cellular hunger and lack of essential nutrients." Nutrition is the most fundamental basis of human health; it is an extremely rigorous "health science."

Dr. Wang said, "Medicine begins with nutrition, and medicine also ends with nutrition." When sick, nutrition is needed to maintain immunity before medication; after the condition is controlled, nutrition is still needed to repair tissues. Medication is only a temporary intervention during the acute phase. People who understand nutrition can significantly supplement cellular nutrition during treatment and recover in three to five days.

The immune system's defense mechanisms

Often, even doctors cannot clearly explain what immunity actually is. However, we can analyze immunity in the simplest way. The five types of white blood cells are like a country's defense system. Externally, they use their "army" (neutrophils, corresponding to IgG) to fight viruses and bacteria; internally, they use their "police" to clear cancer cells and senescent cells.

If we consider immunity as 100%: 60% of resources (the military) are used to fight external enemies, and 30% (the police) are used to maintain internal order. If a blood test shows IgG levels as high as 70%, 75%, or even 80%, it doesn't mean strong immunity; it simply means "too many soldiers!" Maintaining a military is extremely resource-intensive, and the immune system, under constant high pressure, will eventually collapse. If the military rebels and plunders its own citizens, medically it's an "autoimmune disease," and modern medicine can only treat it with steroids to paralyze the cells.

The only condition to save this collapsing nation is to provide it with ample and complete nutrition! When the national treasury (the body) is rich in resources and the army receives generous pay, it will naturally behave itself. If the police force's proportion surges from 30% to 40% or 50%, the nation will become a police state. The body's "immune system" must be abundant, but it cannot be rigidly focused on accumulating only one type of resource.
