Prevention is better than cure.

In the health industry, the most important saying is "prevention is better than cure." But first, I must ask: what exactly should we prevent?

It's reasonable for healthy people to say they're preventing disease. But there's one thing that's hardest to prevent: aging. We're not even aware that we're aging; we only know that we're slowly getting older. Some people only realize this when they look in the mirror. Everyone thinks about how to prevent disease, prevent aging, prevent chronic diseases, but very few people truly take it seriously. Preventing disease before it occurs, preventing minor illnesses from becoming major ones, preventing major illnesses from worsening—should ICU patients take preventative measures? Yes, to avoid death. Should children take preventative measures? Yes, to prevent falls, to prevent being hit by a car while walking. Therefore, prevention is everywhere and always necessary. There's no need to always be anxious, but you must always be vigilant.

Immunity is like a country's national power.

Everyone talks about boosting immunity, but few people can clearly explain what immunity actually means. My definition is: the body is like a country, and immunity is the country's national power.

National strength requires five things. First, the military, to deal with foreign invasion, bacteria, and viruses; second, the police, to maintain internal order; third, environmental protection, with garbage trucks collecting trash daily—if left idle for a week, every household will be overflowing; fourth, investigative capabilities, distinguishing friend from foe, harmful from harmless—what we fear most is never external enemies, but not knowing whether the person next to us is an enemy or an ally; fifth, society will inevitably have parasites—people who are unable to work, don't want to go home, and like to sleep in train stations and department store entrances—these people need to be dealt with by social welfare departments and charitable organizations.

These five forces must be allocated proportionally. A blood test report shows how much of your national strength is allocated to the military and how much to the police. My experience is that 60% should be used to combat bacteria and viruses, and 30% to maintain internal order.

What happens when you can't distinguish friend from foe? Allergies are like that. Japanese flowers are fragrant and beautiful, and we all fly to Japan to see the cherry blossoms. But many Japanese people rush away as soon as the flower season begins because they can't stop their runny noses and watery eyes. Allergies can mistake friends for enemies, and harmless things for harmful ones. The parts of our bodies most prone to this error are the eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, and brain. If we misjudge external stimuli, our immune system goes out of control.

Oxygen deficiency is the root of all diseases.

Our bodies contain 60 to 70 trillion cells, each requiring oxygen every minute. If a cell doesn't receive oxygen for more than three minutes, it will die. Oxygen is transported by red blood cells. If all the blood vessels were connected end to end, some say they could circle the Earth two and a half times. That's certainly an exaggeration, but even so, the length of the blood vessels would be at least tens of kilometers. The scale of this undertaking is simply unimaginable. Furthermore, many terminal capillaries are so small that red blood cells simply cannot carry enough oxygen to them.

Without oxygen, cells cannot combustion, and body temperature drops. Normal human body temperature is 36.5 degrees Celsius; if it drops to 35 degrees Celsius, cellular activity begins to slow, and many intracellular processes cease; below 34.5 degrees Celsius, cellular activity essentially stops. Therefore, when rescuers find climbers with hypothermia, their first step is to measure their temperature: if the temperature is above 34.5 degrees Celsius, rescuers will provide hot water, add clothing, and cover them with blankets; at this point, they can still carry the climber down the mountain in time. If the temperature is below 34.5 degrees Celsius, rescuers will immediately call a helicopter; otherwise, the person being rescued will no longer be human. 34.5 degrees Celsius is the dividing line between survival and death.

It should have died, but in order to survive, the cells used the proteins, fats, and sugars that would otherwise be used as fuel for fermentation. Fermentation generates some heat, lowering the temperature from 34.5 degrees Celsius to 34.7 or 34.8 degrees Celsius, but it can't go higher than 35 degrees Celsius. Yet, it survives. Having survived, it continues to divide: one becomes two, two become four, eight, and more and more cells crowd into the space where one cell once was, stretching up the surrounding tissue. We call this a tumor. It needs to grow to a billion before we can detect it; by then, it has already started growing blood vessels.

I never hire a driver; I always drive myself because I'm afraid someone will suddenly hit me. Once on the highway, a container truck loaded with imported paper rolls crossed the center line and hit three or four cars. You're looking at the empty road ahead, driving happily, but disaster doesn't fall from the sky; it comes from the opposite direction.

Cancer cells are like our own cells gone bad.

Many people ask me how cancer cells metastasize. I've done research for two or three decades, and my professors have also been asked this question: From location A to location B, has anyone ever discovered cancer cells that have "metastasized halfway"? Never. A tumor in the lung, separated from blood vessels and nutrient supply, starves before it even reaches another organ. How can it metastasize?

The real answer is: cancer cells don't grow in one place, they grow in many places simultaneously. It's just that those one, two, four, or eight little things are cleared away one by one by our immune system. Lymphocytes do this; lymphocytes are like the police.

I often say that cancer cells are not the enemy; they are someone else's children—they are one of us, just turned villains. If an enemy invades, you can shoot them and get credit; but if your own people become villains, you can't shoot them—you're breaking the law. Police regulations on the use of firearms are very clear: you can only shoot the feet, and you can only incapacitate someone. Therefore, to immediately operate on cancer cells and kill them with electrotherapy, in my view, is a violation of sacred law.

So what can we do? Think back to why it turned into cancer cells – lack of oxygen. If you give it oxygen, it can't survive, just like fermented melons; the fermenting bacteria will spoil as soon as they encounter oxygen. Therefore, the best approach to treating cancer is to provide oxygen.

The discovery by Nobel laureate Otto Heinrich Warburg

This theory wasn't my invention. The institute I attended in Germany was founded by a man named Warburg, the 1931 Nobel laureate. He famously said, "Oxygen deprivation causes cancer." Because any animal or plant that dies ultimately succumbs to oxygen deprivation.

Warburg's problem wasn't scientific, but his political choices. He supported the wrong people, and after the war, he was implicated and his theories were neglected for decades. I didn't know him personally; I was a student of his student's student, learning this theory from him. I believe this is the correct theory.

So when I make products, my first consideration is always to increase oxygen. We often talk about "Middle Qi". What is Middle Qi? It's oxygen. If you have enough oxygen, you will not doze off, you will have good mental and physical strength, you can speak powerfully, your mind will be clear, and you will walk quickly; if there is not enough oxygen, you will be drowsy and you will be hit by a car while walking on the road.

Because of this, I care about "part-time job" very much. Red blood cells have only one job in this life, they don't work part-time. Nowadays, the slash life is popular. I agree on the surface, but I have a question in my mind - it's not that part-time jobs are bad, it's that if you work part-time, your Total Swiss business will not be successful.

Product and merchandise use vastly different materials.

When I first started working in the lab, I used only the best ingredients, proportions, and materials before I dared to create a formula. That's a researcher's duty; no one would intentionally put second-rate ingredients into their formula.

But products need to be sold. The customer will inevitably say it's too expensive and ask for something cheaper. After switching back and forth until the price is acceptable, the quality has already dropped several levels. That's a commodity, not a product. So I tell my partners: there's no second place for what I make. If one day you find someone who's just as good as us, then we're second, and I'll replace them, making sure they can't even see our taillights.

But "good" must be verifiable. "Good" also needs to be accompanied by a benefit—what purpose it serves when applied to people, and there must be evidence to prove that purpose.

Blood test report: seeing through cause and effect

I tried many methods to prove this, and finally, I played my trump card: a blood test report.

When someone is hospitalized and a doctor prescribes medication, if the blood test results show the medication is correct, the doctor won't change it; only if the results are incorrect will the doctor change it. Therefore, a blood test report is the most honest; it won't cover up the truth for you. Disease is a cause-and-effect relationship, not a single cause leading to disease: one cause produces one result, that result becomes another cause, and that result produces another result, and so on. Where is the ultimate cause? In the mouth. Disease enters the body through the mouth.

By analyzing blood test reports and careful observation, we can pinpoint the root cause of a person's problems. I've trained at least several hundred people in Taiwan to interpret these reports. There used to be a saying in the industry: "If you get close to someone from that company, they'll force you to get a blood test, and once you do, you're finished." — Because blood tests can reveal everything, and our people can interpret their meaning. Our people can even use sodium and potassium levels to determine if someone listens to their wife at home, so they can also tell fortunes.

The astonishing experimental numbers of Cell Nutrition and Cell Energy.

We conducted in vitro experiments with the Cell Nutrition and Cell Mineral. Researchers removed healthy cells and placed them in a low-oxygen environment; on the other side, they placed cancer cells that had detached from colon cancer cells. The concentration was 200 micrograms, and the results were observed after 24 and 48 hours: the healthy cells grew better, while the cancer cells were reduced to only a quarter after 48 hours, and then disappeared when the Cell Nutrition and Cell Energy were fed back. The cancer cells died, while the healthy cells thrived.

More crucially, there's that image under the microscope. Cancer cells have six mechanisms for growth and malignancy—angiogenesis, evading natural cell death, and so on. If a major pharmaceutical company develops a drug that can suppress just one of these mechanisms, that drug will sell like hotcakes. Our Cell Nutrition and Cell Energy suppress all six, and their inhibition rates are all around 50%. In double-blind trials, 35% is considered passing.

If this data were published, it would likely face fierce criticism from all sides. Therefore, I think preserving our own survival is more important, lest we all be killed by a barrage of attacks before we even make any money.
